• Two night minimum stay: two guests – $185.00 per night, double occupancy.

  $30.00 per person, per night, double occupancy, up to a maximum of six guests;
  $50.00 per person, per night, single occupancy;
• Sales tax is an additional charge to above rates.

Weekly Rate:

• Seven night stay: two guests – $1020.00 per week, double occupancy.
• Additional Guests:
  $175.00 per person, per week, double occupancy, up to a maximum of six guests;
  $180.00 per person, per week, single occupancy;
• Sales tax is an additional charge to above rates.

• Please click check availability for the dates you wish to reserve. You will be able to proceed from there with your online reservations . When your reservation is processed you will receieve an email confirmation.
• A Policy Form will need to be viewed and signed to complete any reservation.

Policies:

• NO SMOKING in the house. Guests will be charged a $150 fee for smoking in the house.
• NO PETS
• CHILDREN twelve and above
• CHECK IN - 4PM or later
• CHECK OUT - 12 NOON
• CANCELLATIONS - One week notice for stays three nights or less and two weeks notice for stays four nights or longer, to avoid a one night's cancellation charge.
